I have been going to Howard for over 10 years and I have been very happy with the work he has done in the past. The return folder with the breakdown of my tax information, the online lock box for private documents, and the quick response to questions or issues I have even at the busiest time of the year. I called his office at 7:00 p.m.and Howard answered the phone. When I was talking to him, he knew who I was and did not ask me for some file # to identify the account I was associated with. He took the time to talk to me and did not seem preoccupied with something else or try to rush me off the phone even though I know he was very busy. Thanks for you help, I honestly don't know what I would do with out your company.

TurboTax - Not All It's Cracked Up To Be "I was going to try out TurboTax to save myself some money. Howard reviewed my TurboTax forms and found that he could get me an extra $1000 back. I was shocked. I was going to save some money by trying to do my taxes myself and lo and behold, I was only shorting myself. I highly recommend using Howard Hertz for your taxes.
